LYME DISEASE - don't let it knock you down

I never saw it. I never had a bullseye rash. I lived in the woods of Pennsylvania, however, an area high in ticks and Lyme disease. I just never thought it would be a problem for me. After what I suspect was several years after the bite, I was sitting in my neurologist's office as she dumbfoundedly told me she could not figure out why I was having such problems.

For years I had suffered with chest pains and shortness of breath, gastrointestinal issues, muscular pain throughout my body, headaches, sleeping difficulties, vision concerns,...then I started having tia strokes.

I was crying in pain daily and prescribed opiods, which I did not want to take. I was bedridden most days, dragging my dead legs across the floor to the bathroom, going down stairs on my butt. My family physician saw the singular symptoms were those common in many ailments and disorders and he told me that at the rate of degeneration, he did not expect to see me around in ten years. So, he sent me to a neurologist who did extensive bloodwork, an mri, catscan, in-office evaluations, one after another. She was actually becoming hostile toward me, as if I was making it all up.

Finally, I asked to see all my lab results - and there it was - Lyme, positive. I confronted her and she told me, "Oh that's nothing, you don't have to worry about that. Lyme, it is not real." Oh my God!!

I knew then I had to take my health into my own hands. Bear in mind, I had completed medical school and passed a 22 hour medical board exam the prior year, but was still a newbie, so there was much research to be done. I decided to attack Lyme holistically, as it had attacked me.

I knew that doxycycline, the normal antibiotic used, was only about 34% effective in killing the bacteria, and I knew that once the bacteria dies, it emits a type of ammonia that can cause an awful, secondary reaction. So my plan had to include more than pills, work fast and include a detoxification to rid my body of the bacteria. So now, what? Well, here it is below - my 60 days of hell. The good news? IT WORKED!! I have been Lyme-free for over two years. I feel alive again! This is what I did, for MY body (Please read the fine print. It is not for everyone and not medical advice. I am only sharing what worked for me.) Sorry it is blurry; I am working on a better way to post the excel sheet within WIX.

First day is diagnosis and mental preparedness, then 19 days of rest and Doxycycline and supplements, with daily treatments below. The daily treatments are really the key, along with the right diet (Don't feed the bastards!). Then 10 days of heavy detoxing. NOTHING bad goes into your body unavoidably (healthy, organic, purified,...). Eat high alkaline foods. Look for a list in another post, coming soon. Followed by 30 days of re-boosting the immune system. Best wishes and prayers for anyone who has Lyme Disease. I wish you wellness!
